The 10’s Workout

So sorry for the late post today! Its been a little crazy lately… you know how life is.
This is one of my favorite, quick cardio workouts for days when you don’t have a ton of time or you want to add an extra cardio burst at the end of your regular workout.
This workout is originally from my gymnastics days, but I’ve made a couple of modifications.

One piece of advice for this workout… don’t wear a bun! I regretted that immediately when it was going crazy every jump.
Here’s how it works- you start by doing 10 of everything… 10 jumping jacks, then 10 military jacks, etc etc. Once you’ve made it through the list with 10’s, you do 9 of everything… then 8… then 7… until you get down to 1 of each.
Easy peasy, right?
Finish it off by bringing your heart rate down & then do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. You know, just for fun 🙂
