Why You (Really) Need a Fasciablaster

Happy Wednesday Friends! I have been so pumped to talk to you guys about the Fasciablaster today, basically because it has worked wonders for me. This little tool is a gem, I am so glad I get to share it with you.

I first heard about the Fasciablaster on Facebook in some of the fitness groups I am a part of and I was super intrigued! I joined the Fasciablaster for Women facebook group to start learning more and I got hooked! I really wanted to try it to see if it would help me with some calf pain and TMJ pain… but it really just seemed to be good to be true and wanted to try it out for myself first.

GUESS WHO ALREADY HAD ONE? My SIL had been experiencing some pain in her leg/hip area after starting the BBG program (there are a lot of lunges/squats and other super repetitive movements in that program) so she went and saw a massage therapist to try to get some pain relief. Her massage therapist began using the Fasciablaster on her and she got almost immediate relief! She bought one and never looked back (she still uses it all the time to this day to work her whole body).

I knew that I had to get my hands on one of these babies! For as long as I can remember, I have suffered from super tight/tender calves. When anyone would touch or grab them in any way (my husband loves to tickle me haha) they would be so so painful. I even remember going to personal trainers and other wellness professionals and they would roll out my calves with “The Stick” and I would honestly be in tears afterwards, it hurt that badly.

I’ve been using my Fasciablasters for several months now and they are AMAZING. My calves aren’t completely pain-free yet but I have noticed such an improvement, they are feeling so much better. I usually blast my calves after every workout and use the Fasciablaster anywhere else on my body that is feeling tight, tender or sore. It helps loosen up the fasica (the connective tissue that surrounds all of your muscles) and restores proper blood flow to the area to promote healing and normal muscle function.

The other place that I absolutely LOVE to blast is my jaw. I suffer from TMJ very badly (no lie, my jaw pops every single time I open my mouth) but my faceblaster is perfect to help release muscle tension in my jaw. I think over time my jaw will get better and better with consistently using the faceblaster that (hopefully) I won’t have to deal with my jaw popping out every time I eat anything/chew gum/talk too much. It’s basically a miracle worker haha.

Ashley Black (creator of the fasciablaster) also sells “Blaster Oil” and “After Blaster Lotion” which I LOVE. You need to always use some sort of oil when you blast (you can use coconut oil or baby oil) you just spray it on and start blasting! It also smells delicious, so that helps πŸ˜‰

If you are interested in getting a Fasciablaster, you can purchase them HERE. There are 4 different options of blasters, my personal favorite is the Mini 2 because I can use it almost everywhere (I can’t quite reach my back or the back of my legs super well) and it is so easy to throw into my gym back after a workout! Let me know if you have any questions! I would be happy to answer them and I know that the Fasciablaster team would also love to help you! They have an amazing support staff that walks you through specifics and helps you with any specific problem areas you have.

I hope you have a fantastic week!
