Hello darling! I just wanted to thank you so much for visiting my blog! I have always really loved blogging and documenting my experiences. I started my first blog in 2011- it was was essentially a summer bucket list and I had the time of my life completing it (Bucket List tab coming soon!) Ever since then I knew that I wanted to keep blogging, I wanted it to be fun and fulfilling!

I started EG about a year and a half ago and I just posted anything and everything health related. Since I first started, I became pregnant and had my cute baby. Before I got pregnant, I was SO worried about how much weight I was going to gain, how long it would take me to lose that weight and if I would ever look ‘that good’ after having babies. If I was struggling with this, I thought that other women might also be having a difficult time. Why not do it together? I decided that I would focus this blog on how I was getting my mom bod back. I hope that by seeing/reading about my journey that you will be able to take away some tips and tricks to figure out what works best for YOU. I would love to hear about what works/doesn’t work for you to get your mom bod back 🙂
Now a little big about me- I am 25 years old and I just moved to Copenhagen, Denmark this past year with my little family. My husband, Skylor is getting his Master’s Degree at the University of Copenhagen. This past November we welcomed our sweet baby boy Liam to the world. He is the light of our lives and we can’t imagine life without him!
I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Wellness at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. I absolutely loved the course material and would recommend it to anyone that is interested in health. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA. I love all things wellness and will continue trying to learn and grow in my field.
