After struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember, I started this blog as a way to keep myself accountable and it has turned into a place where I can share my health tips, workouts, and recipes so that you can live a healthier life too.  I want to help you live a life without all the diets and crazy fads and truly learn to live well while still maintaining balance in a way that works for you.


I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness; I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach. By studying and immersing myself in the health field I can say that I love all things wellness and I will continue to learn as much as possible to help my family be healthier and to help coach you to a more healthful life.
