I have to much time on my hands during the day. I sit at a desk most of the day. So, in order to keep me from going nuclear I complete items on my bucket list. Yesterday. Wrote in the journal. It is funny to look back and remember how real you feelings were. It was good to write out all of my feelings and to look back. I had a couple of good laughs (yes, I did chuckle to myself at work), I had a couple of good upsets too (no, I did NOT cry to myself at work). Some feelings have faded- while others are still super fresh and are a bit sensitive. But that will be changing soon enough.
